Good Time Design is an all-encompassing hospitality and entertainment group located in San Diego, CA & Nashville, TN since 2006. We own and operate 14 venues located in San Diego, CA and Nashville & Franklin, TN. From live music venues and Mexican cantinas to sports bars and BBQ smokehouse menus, our projects all have one thing in common: a good time.

Founded in 2006 by hospitality entrepreneur Ty Hauter, Good Time Design has grown into a dynamic portfolio of restaurants, bars, and live music venues. Current projects include Moonshine Flats, Moonshine Beach, and The Blind Burro, with past ventures such as Wave House, Bootlegger, Bub’s at the Ballpark, and Typhoon Saloon.

In 2016, the company expanded to Nashville with Cerveza Jack’s and the acquisition of The George Jones, a 40,000-square-foot entertainment venue. Subsequent years brought new ventures including Front St. Tavern in Franklin, The Presley in San Diego, and Sonny’s Patio Pub & Refuge in Nashville.

Recent openings include a second Cerveza Jack’s in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter, Coal Town Pizza & Public House in Franklin, and additional San Diego venues Go Go Amigo, Happy Does, and Patrick’s, with more planned in Nashville.
